94, Sam, Riggs, and Mike all exist in the same universe (World-727). 94 hails from the planet Quamu, Mike is from the planet Geometria, and Riggs and Sammy are from the planet Earth. Sam (the guy in the funny-looking sailor hat) in particular lives in the fictional country of Vredornia, a country of the coast of the UK. All three of these planets are in the Milky-Way, and all four of these individuals do not interact with each other outside of a few drawings and animations (all of which are not canon)
